Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
Qualifications: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the availability to work a rotating weekend and holiday schedule. Experience in all types of general maintenance is required: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Job Responsibilities: The Facility Maintenance Coordinator will help maintain office building and 50 group homes in upper Montgomery County. Duties include implementing preventative maintenance schedules, making repairs, renovations, and completing work orders.
Community Support Associate
Qualifications: An AA degree in a human services field, or one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job Responsibilities: The Community Support Associate (CSA) is responsible to the participants in the respite care program for individualized support and assis¬tance. The CSA will support individuals to access community resources, maintain family relationships and develop friendships; implement and assist in the design of a daily activity schedule; coordinate with other staff to facilitate effective program implementation while adhering to agency policies and procedures; along with federal, state, and local regulations.
Open shifts:
2pm-6pm Monday through Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday
Awake Overnight Counselor
Qualifications: An AA degree in a human services field, or six months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job Responsibilities: The Awake Overnight Counselor (AON) is responsible to the participants in the residential program for assisting in the provision of a safe and warm home-like environment. The AON will support individuals in the daily care of their home; implement and assist in the design of the daily activity schedule; perform daily duties in coordination with the Residential Instructional Associate to facilitate effective program implementation, while adhering to agency policies and procedures; along with federal, state, and local regulations.
Open shifts:
12:00am – 8:00am Friday through Monday
12:00am – 8:00am Saturday
Community Living Associate
Qualifications: An AA degree in a human services field, or one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job Responsibilities: The Community Living Associate (CLA) is responsible for the individuals in the residential program by assisting in the provision of a safe and warm home-like environment. The CLA will support individuals in the daily care of their home; implement and assist in the design of the daily activity schedule; perform daily duties in coordination with the Residential Instructional Associate to facilitate effective program implementation, while adhering to agency policies and procedures; along with federal, state, and local regulations.

Sat 4:30pm – 9:30pm and Sun 8am – 10pm
Sat & Sun 9am – 9pm
Sat 9am – 4pm and Sun 12pm – 6pm
Residential Instruction Associate
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or an AA degree in a human services field; one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job responsibilities: Residential Instruction Associates (RIA) are responsible for the participants in the residential program and provides individualized support and assistance. The RIA will assist individuals in developing and maintaining a warm living environment; support individuals in accessing community resources, maintain family relationships and developing friendships; facilitates and implements the development of an appropriate Individual Plan; coordinate services with behavioral, instructional, nursing and other consultants; assist individuals to arrange for maintenance of the home as needed; assist individuals in arranging personal finance; while adhering to agency policies and procedures, along with federal, state, and local regulations.

Employment Instructional Associate
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or an AA degree in a human services field; one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job responsibilities: The Employment Instructional Associate (EIA) is responsible for individuals participating in the Day Habilitation and Supported Employment programs and provides individualized support to consumers for the promotion of positive habilitative outcomes during the day and/or the acquisition and maintenance of employment. The EIA will assist consumers in accessing transportation to work by teaching them to use the public transit system, arranging car pools, or providing transportation as needed; conducts systematic job development and job matching activities for one or two program participants; teach job-seeking skills to individuals; develop training procedures at the job site; assist CSS Personnel (i.e., supervisors and co-workers) to implement training procedures; provide systematic on-the-job training for 1-2 individuals; collects and evaluates data as necessary; provides follow-up support to participants and employers as necessary; assists 1-2 individuals in the Supported Employment program with the management of personal finances.
