I did not work for the first couple of weeks when the pandemic started. But, then I got phone calls from the individuals I support because they missed me. I had to come back to work to support them. With all the procedures we have in place I feel things are safer at CSS than they are at my own home. These guys are the most vulnerable people that are in our population and helping them meet their goals is rewarding. There are a lot of things the person I support could not do when I first started that he is now able to do. I know it is because of the work I have done and the team has done.
