I like the job because I like to take care of people. I’m a mother too. And also my sister has a child with autism and has trouble back home in Ghana. My sister has one son and we love him very much. So when I came to America I heard about the job and decided to get one and help those who also have similar needs.

What makes this job different from other caregiving is the age group and the needs of the young are different - you move around with them like you do with your own children. I like my job very well and I always tell my friends that this is a very good place to work and that they should apply to CSS!
