Lou Bili Bali -- “Ms. Lou”

I was a CNA before I started working at CSS. I really like helping people and this has been a great job because it allows me to do this kind of work.

I continue to work through the pandemic because if we did not, no one would. We were helping and supporting individuals before the pandemic and we are responsible for helping now, during the pandemic.
