When I was little, I took care of my grandma. I love taking care of people. So when I came to America, I wanted to take care of people. The pandemic has made the job harder because we have to wear a mask, face shield and gloves all of the time. We have to clean more, stay six feet away from the individuals and just manage things differently. To do this job well, you need to love them. If you love them, you can take care of them successfully.
