I always tell people if you want to do this job, don’t look at the money, look at this from the aspect of “Do you really want to do it? Do you love doing it?” because if you don’t love it there’s no way you can do it in a professional way. This is a mission. This is a ministry that you love to do. You want to take every effort to know what you’re doing and to do it the right way, not just because of the money. And you have to take every opportunity to get yourself equipped, to get every certification to get everything you need to know so you can do your best. You need to do it with love, with passion, with care. This could be your dad, your brother, your sister, your daughter, your own son. If you don’t have this love in the back of your mind then there’s no way you can do it the right way. See them like your own family and you are good for the field.
