A DSP job is important because we help individuals with their daily activities and take them to their doctor’s appointments. It’s important to me to help other people. The pandemic has made the job much harder because it’s difficult to find someone to sub for you when you need to take time off. To do this job, a person must have the courage to work with individuals who may have challenging behaviors. You must also have the confidence and faith in God that you won’t get the virus.
