CSS offers individuals age 21 and older with autism or other severe developmental delays continual support in paid, volunteer and/or self-employment endeavors

Support services include career planning; employment training; on-the-job training; and positive behavior programming

CSS maintains partnerships with a variety of local businesses, and is continually building new relationships in the community to find appropriate work for the individuals we serve

A vocational counselor provides on-site training, teaching the specific skills necessary for the job, as well as providing social skills training, money management and other work-related skills
