Structured Activities
It is important to stay active during the time that we have at home! Getting up and dressed, as well as maintaining a routine during this time restores a sense of normalcy. Staying inside without structured activities or motivating tasks can increase stress, anxiety, and depressive thoughts, as well as contribute to unhealthy physical habits - like snacking all day and watching TV! While we may not be able to go out and do the things we normally do during this time, there are many other ways that we can stay active.
Continuing to stay busy will stimulate both your mind and body, keeping you healthy.
